Ada Nicodemou was born in Auburn, Sydney on May 14 1977. However, she practically grew up on Hearbreak High, starting when she was 16 years old. Ada appeared in Heartbreak High for three years, originally cast as Stella's (Peta Toppano) daughter. However, she did stray from the show to do a season on ABC TV's drama series Police Rescue where Ada played Ana - the squad's receptionist.

Ada's first step into the entertainment industry came at the Johnny Young Talent School where she danced, sang and acted her way through five years. When she was twelve, she joined Kids Unlimited, a show group that toured throughout New South Wales. After four years with the group Ada decided it was time to spread her wings and she set about winning the role of Katerina on Heartbreak High. Because of her background in dance, she was able to introduce it into Katerina's life and, as you know, it was because of her passion for dance that she ended up leaving Hartley.

Ada credits most of her drama training to my Heartbreak High drama coach, Nico Lathouris, who spent every day on the set with the cast going over every scene. When she's not working, Ada still loves to dance and keep fit, go to the movies and just hang out with friends.
